1. General Provisions

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a material breach of these Terms. 11y888 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances or bonus funds associated with them.

2.3 Accurate Information

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 11y888 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of Rs. 200 per month to dormant accounts once this threshold has been reached. Players will be notified via email before any inactivity fee is applied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by 11y888 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards — are subject to wagering requirements. 5.2 Bonus Expiry

5.4 Error Corrections

If a bonus is issued to a player's account in error — including but not limited to system malfunctions, miscommunications, or technical faults — 11y888 reserves the right to correct the error by removing the erroneous bonus amount, even if the player has already begun wagering against it.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

11y888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets are not accepted from players whose accounts are under review or whose identity has not been verified.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, market, and player account tier. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market interface. 11y888 reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits without notice where this is deemed necessary for risk management purposes.

6.3 System Errors

In the event of a system, software, or network error that results in an incorrect game outcome, odds display, or payout calculation, 11y888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the respective player accounts. 11y888 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of technical failures outside its reasonable control.

6.4 Cricket & Sports Betting

All cricket and sports betting markets on 11y888 — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), international Test series, T20Is, and ODIs — are governed by the sporting event's official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). In-play bets are settled based on the state of the match at the time the bet was placed, subject to the rules of the specific market type.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 11y888 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Initiating unauthorised chargebacks through your payment provider.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 11y888 platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, interface design, text, video streams, and audio — is the intellectual property of 11y888 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits 11y888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy & Data
